Second House  Though not a house there is a seperate building of an old chicken house and barn of around 140 sqm and a barn/stable of some 80 sqm. These all have the possibility to be developed.

Village  This property is set within a lovely little hamlet in some lovely countryside. There are regular deliveries of bread and croissants and often other shop deliveries.

Surrounding Area  This small town lies at the foot of Mont Pouilly,at the exit of the tunnel through which the Canal de Bourgogne flows from the Rhone basin to the Seine basin. The town is a freindly vibrant place with many facilities available.

Pouilly enjoys excellent motorway links and is a great centre from which to discover the surrounding places of interest. The town has a good range of shops and a large supermarket. There is a post office,bank and chemist available.

Pouilly has a good selection of small hotels and restaurants. It has a couple of traditional bars and cafes. The town has a 15th Century church,with fine sculpture. There are also several cultural events taking place throughout the year.
