Ground Floor  The ground floor consists of a single room which divides the house and barn area. The barn has a large double opening which would be superb glazed.

1st Floor  There is a room above the house and then the rest of the barn is open to the roof. There is great potential for rooms within the attic space, so the house could become usable on three levels.

Outside  There is a small area in front of the property and around the back is a garden with lovely views across the valley.

Surrounding Area  This magnificent World Heritage site,is situated on top of a prominent hillside,which is surrounded by tree covered valleys, and the start of the Morvan national park. The town is now well known for its resident artists and galleries.

The art galleries and restaurants line the medieval main street as it rises from the town gates up to the Basilica, which crowns the whole town. Vezelay is a renowned tourist destination and site of pilgrimage since the middle ages.

Vezelay has some small shops for food and wine and has various shops to buy the specialities of the region. North of the town is Auxerre with a total range of amenities.
